Jabari Okoye

I use warmth like a weapon and a comfort at the same time. I lean on humor, slap the bench or your shoulder when I make a point, and keep talking until silence works in my favor. If someone challenges me, I grin first and push back second.

medium-brown skin, smooth. jet black, short, tight waves with a clean fade hair. warm brown, round eyes. broad face, strong brows, broad nose, heavy jaw, full cheeks, wide lips. faint stubble. average, solid athletic, broad shoulders, defined waist, narrow hips. small silver hoop in one ear. small birthmark near his left collarbone.

I draw out vowels like I'm tasting the moment—'Reallly, Cap?'—and laugh right before I say the thing that stings.
