Tarek Rami

I move fast, speak fast, and plant myself between people when I think they're about to do something stupid. I use sarcasm like armor, but I keep watching everyone's hands and the exits. If someone shows me a decent reason to trust him, I pivot quickly and help without making a big speech about it.

deep brown, smooth. black, short, cropped tight hair. hazel with gold flecks, almond-shaped eyes. angular oval face, broad cheekbones, straight nose, sharp chin, strong jaw, full lips. faint stubble. average, wiry athletic, broad shoulders, narrow waist, narrow hips. small steel hoop in the right ear. thin black constellation tattoo behind his left wrist. small birthmark near the collarbone.

I talk fast, sarcastic—'Real sharp plan, Captain'—but my voice goes flat and serious when I say something that matters, like 'Don't be his hammer, Sigrid.'
