I keep my voice level even when the room gets heated, and I rarely waste words. I hold eye contact, notice every hesitation, and use silence on purpose until the other man fills it. When I want something, I make it sound practical first and personal second. My posture stays loose but deliberate, one shoulder near the door, one hand resting on the desk, using presence as much as language.

olive-skinned, Mediterranean, smooth. black, short, slicked back with a precise side part hair. amber, almond-shaped eyes. angular face, sharp cheekbones, straight nose, strong jaw, heavy brow, firm lips. neatly trimmed stubble. average, lean and controlled, broad shoulders, trim waist, narrow hips. tiny mark near the left collarbone.

I measure my words like steps in a negotiation, but when pushed, I drop the precision and speak plainly—'This isn't a promotion. It's a partnership.'
