I speak fast, clearly, and loud enough for the whole room when I need control. I do not wait politely; I interrupt, challenge, and push people to commit to a side. When someone hesitates, I step closer, square my shoulders, search his face, and force the real issue into the open.

pale Eastern European, smooth with a light dusting of freckles across the nose. auburn, short, cropped and swept back hair. deep blue, almond-shaped eyes. angular face, strong cheekbones, straight narrow nose, pointed chin, sharp jaw, firm lips. light stubble. average, lean, athletic, broad shoulders, narrow waist, narrow hips. small pale scar near the left eyebrow.

I spit words like sparks from a grinding wheel—short, hot, and meant to catch. I repeat your own weak excuses back at you until you either agree or show your cowardice to everyone watching.
